Hugh
The bed was comfortable and the room looked nice. Also, the hotel had a good location and was close to the city center. Another thing I liked was that there was a good selection of TV channels in the room.
The breakfast experience was terrible. They give you a sheet to select what you want, but they didn't have half of it and ran out of the rest. I was hoping for a bagged breakfast, but that was not the case. They should tell people that it's first come first served and keep the menu sheet as an overview. This would probably fix the problem.

The hotel offered free breakfast and parking, which was quite convenient. Also, the hotel is located near the highway and local restaurants. Another bonus was the complimentary car brushing service provided on a snowy morning.
The hotel overbooked rooms for a wedding party, causing us to wait in line for over an hour during check-in. It was a frustrating experience, but thankfully we eventually received our room. It would have been better if the hotel had better communication and management of their rooms.

We spent our Easter holiday at a hotel and the staff was nice enough to offer us chocolate eggs and bunnies as a complementary treat. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was near a shopping center and a few restaurants. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions.
The room was not up to our expectations. The lighting was poor and the curtains did not block out the bright street lights. Moreover, the air conditioning unit was very noisy and prevented us from sleeping well. The breakfast options were limited and the food quality was not great. our Easter experience at this hotel was disappointing.

I travel almost weekly for business, and often find myself in those tired old side-of-the-freeway hotels; what a pleasant surprise this was! Excellent design, comfort and amenities, pleasant staff, super-comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

The room itself was very clean and very comfortable
The bathroom near the front desk was dirty, toilet included.
